This 11 part videotape training program
for Rite Aid is used to train employees ar their new
distribution facility known as the Mid-Atlantic Customer
Service Center, or MACSC, in Perryville, MD. This
facility uses the latest scanning and material handling
technology to track every product from the time it
is received until it is shipped to a Rite Aid store.
Every aspect of how products enter the building, are
electronically entered into inventory then stored,
picked for orders, packed, and shipped to stores around
the country was captured on BetacamSP.
